Our Story

The Subz N Stuff Story The Subz N Stuff story does not start at our current location headquarters, 220 Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX 75039.

It begins with with passion and drive of owner Jami Sohail and his desire to give his customers the best sandwich on the market. We are committed to making all of our products “The Freshest By Far!”

 From The Owner:
 Dear Friends,

The reason for what I do and how I do it is the only way that I know how to run my business. My passion drives me. My mom said that it doesn’t matter what profession you choose, it is how passionate you are about it. jami2I have been around sandwiches for almost 3 decades. From my humble beginnings in New York city delis, I have learned from Greek, Jewish, & Italian cultures; I took this knowledge & experience to the next level by being fueled by my maverick mentality. I always thought that I could constantly improve my products and make them better than the big chain completion: Schlotskys, Jersey Mikes, & Subway to name a few. In order to do this, I let my customers train me by listening to their feedback, requests, and opinions.

At Subz N Stuff, quality reigns supreme. Our breads are not frozen, rather they are baked fresh daily by a local family bakery that only adds the best of ingredients. The bread has no preservatives and does not have additional gluten wheat. Our meats and cheeses are sliced to order with no pre-sliced products in storage. We know you’ll taste the difference. Although our sandwiches have such a high quality standard, we work hard to prepare them quickly and efficiently… that is, excluding our larger sandwiches like the Maverick w/ 8 meats and 4 cheeses. With that, we say, bring an extra large appetite and some extra time to enjoy our “double decker” variety of sandwiches.

Our bread, our method, our sauces, and most importantly… our service stands alone. Dallas radio station 1310 AM called our sandwiches the best in the Dallas Metroplex. What an awesome compliment! I want you to have that same experience when you come to our little sandwich shop! Sincerely, Jami-Sig
